The Lord gave me brothers

On the 28th of this month at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the fraternity of St. Anthony of Padua we celebrated the Eucharist to give thanks for the gift of life and vocation. In it, with a simple rite where the young men ask for the entrance to the postulancy and later they are given the Bible and the tau, the postulancy began for the six new brothers.

1st year. Front row, from left to right: Fernando Aristi from Yucatán; Saúl Fernando Mendoza from Jalisco; José Andrés Casas from Mexico City; Francisco Javier Tello from Michoacán; Manuel Iván López from Puebla and Elihu Jasso from the State of Mexico.

2nd year. Second row, from left to right: Daniel Rostro from Guanajuato; Alejandro Ochoa from Veracruz and Francisco Andrés Morales from Michoacán.

We thank God for calling them from our Franciscan-Capuchin charism and also thank the nine postulants for their generous response. Let us continue to keep our brothers in formation present in our community and personal prayer and pray for vocations to our way of life.
